Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

my wife pulled a gun on my middle girl, I told her she had to go. She moved into a house that now belongs to her mom and dad. Since this happened I'm trying to work things out with my wife because she is sick and on all kinds of medicine. They say I can't go to the house my wife is staying in and my two girls see her on and off. What is the law on that? What is my rights in regards to the children? I kept the children the first week and I let her keep them some and she still does. I want to try and work things out with her, but I got to get her mom and dads nose out of our business.

Your wife pulled a gun on your daughter and you are letting the kids live with her?

Maybe you should call Child Protective Services and see if they can help you get the kids out of there. If not, you will need a family law attorney.
