If a cable company runs their cables on my private property without my permission to serve other customers and is using my property for gain, what recourse do I have?

Probably none. In almost all deeds (I haven't seen one without it), an easement is given to utility companies including cable companies to run lines. Your recourse is to make sure they leave your lawn in the same condition it was in or repair it.
