Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

can you use a civil summons from one county clerk of court civil division and use it another county clerk of court civil division with the AOC-CV-100.Rev.10/01-is that form with the Rev. date as good as the up to date form AOC-CV-100.Rev.6/11.

Use the most recent form. I am not sure why you are using the summons for regular court. That would entail you getting an attorney in most cases.

If you are suing in small claims, then use this summons:
