Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

If I have a no contact order filed against me, if and how do they monitor communication between me and the other party?

Seriously?

Their are no police, probation officers or court personnel who monitor this. But if you violate the order and are caught, you are going to find yourself in contempt. Violations will occur if you contact the person who got the order and they complain.
