Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

My county appointed child support atty had some sort of relationship w/my son's father and when my son's father didn't show for court on July 21st and demanded that I leave our son, my county appointed child support atty called my current family court custody atty and told her that I needed to surrended my son and that she was representing my son's father. Of course, I didn't know that she was representing me or even who she was. I reluctantly, under the advisement of my atty, left my son. Now, they are saying I abandoned my son. I reported everything to the NC Bar Association and there is an investigation, but no one has given me anything! Now, my son's father has been awarded temporary custody AND is suing me for child support. What type of attorney do I need to sue both the attorney who started all of this AND the county for ignoring my repeated requests for information in this case?

I hope you reported it to the NC Bar, rather than the NC Bar Association. You need a family law attorney in the county where all this took place.
