Re: canadian citizenship in the US after a divorce

The answer will depend on your current immigration situation and whether your wife has filed a visa petition for you. You should definitely discuss your situation with an experienced immigration lawyer, because depending on your current immigration situation, there may be a way for you to remain here after a divorce.

Our office has experience with family-based immigration and should you wish to consult us, we would be happy to help.

Best Wishes!
