Legal Question in Intellectual Property in North Carolina

If I created an image of a board game that uses a company's theme, logo and artwork, for instance a Delta Airlines edition of Monopoly, and upload that to the Internet, does that violate trademark or any law as long as I'm not selling the product or making any money off it?

Can it be considered infringement or dilution or is it protected under freedom of expression? If so, does the company have any legal footing if they were to demand that the image be removed from the web?

It is trademark infringement every day of the week. You have no freedom to commit infringement. If you received a C&D letter, you should let a lawyer have a look at it.
