Legal Question in Intellectual Property in North Carolina

I created a website selling a product and 8 days later someone created a website with the same name only ending in S, my site ends in Z, he sells the same product. Is this against the law in any way that we can use against him?

You may have a case for trademark infringement against the other website owner. You need to speak with an intellectual property attorney to make that determination. Feel free to call my office for a free 15-minute consultation.
