Legal Question in Intellectual Property in North Carolina

I am trying to make t-shirts and sell them online can you give me some information on infringement and laws surrounding the making and selling of t-shirts. for example I have made a rise n grind t-shirt with Donnie Wahlberg name can I use his name legally or are peoples names automatically copyrighted. another question is rise n grind records is copyrighted can I use just the words rise n grind or can not use any part of those words. another t-shirt is Boston love can you tell me a little bit about whether it is copyrighted

You cannot do any of these things without risk of liability. All of them are infringement of one kind or another. Donnie Wahlberg will sue you for using his name. Before using any name commercially, you need an IP attorney to do a search and clear it for your use or advise you of the potential liability. This is not something we can just 'tell you a little bit about' in this forum and have you rely upon the advice (that would be incredibly professionally irresponsible).
