22 yr old hired has worked 6m now fired

at age 18 she received a ticket for underage drinking, on her interview she had to bring a copy of her record with her this was there, they hired her. She has been given the job of asst. manager one of the administers that knew her record when giving the job, decides to fire her is this legal? What grounds does she have to file complaint? fired today 2-15-07
