Company taking my husbands money
My husband works for a company that has been charging him like crazy every month for a cell phone they want the empoyees to have,well....they took out 203.80 on november 21 and now they took out 201.20 on the 13th of december.My husband asked for proof of charges, he had to call 9 times for them to fax it to him and they ended up marking the charges off and we cant tell what the charges acctually are.The only thing they are letting him see is the call minutes, no charges.well, beside the summary of usage it says Free Airtime 951.0 minutes, and Free Roamer Airtime 285.0 with charges also marked out.There are also 2 other employees accounts on the same sheet which I can understand them marking them out and we found one of the charges they marked on his out on another employess which says Free roamer airtime 61.0 minutes with charges of .00 which is free.They have been taking money out of my husbands check for over a year now.All he asked for was proof of charges and they keep denying to show it to him.Well, he also met them today and they told him they did not have anything showing that the amount was 201.20.We called Alltel (cell phone comp) and a lady told us my husbands particular bill alone was only 67.87.

You say the company wants its employees to have
cell phones. The solution is simple: no personal calls on the company's cell phone and company account. Your husband, apparently, made at least $67.00 woth of personal calls on the company phone. No such calls should be made on the company phone and account. If your husband needs or wants to make such calls, he should have(and
use) his own cell phone. Mixing personal calls with company calls is a perfect precription for the kind of mess you've described, and could, eventually, result in your husband's termination.
