Legal Question in Employment Law in North Carolina

Can my employer have a spreadsheet (in a folder that all employees have access to) showing everyone's vacation/sick time balance?? This seems like a privacy violation to me.

You are not entitled to privacy in such information. It is not illegal for an employer to do this.
