If you quit your job for ethical reasons - sexual harassment being one of them, you are eligible for unemployment. This will be easier to prove if you complained in writing or you have a witness who can attest that you did complain to a manager or supervisor.

If you believe that you are separated from your job due to sexual harassment, you have 180 days (6 months) to file a complaint with the EEOC. The EEOC will do an investigation to see if there is evidence to prove this case.
