Legal Question in Employment Law in North Carolina

If I work full time and teach part time. It is my understanding that I can not collect a sallery from both for the same hours if I teach at my full time employer. Can my employer collect payment for my teaching there from my part time employer?

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that you work a full time job for Employer A and a part time job for Employer B. As long as the time you give to Employer B does not interfere with Employer A, then they have no right to any of your part time pay. Make sure you abide by any company rules concerning working for other companies.
