Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in North Carolina

Is it not illegal for a property manager to deny a disabled tenant the right to renew their lease? That tenant being me.I have already made 2 attempts to renew my lease, but keep getting the runarounds.

Being disabled or not is irrelevant to this matter. When a lease is signed, the tenant should receive a copy. After that, there is no legal right to make the landlord provide further copies or allow inspection of their copy. Make sure you get a copy when you sign it.
