I lease in a home in wilmington NC and living there for two months and my name is not on lease can I be evicted in two days if I receive my mail there and work there.

Unfortunately your question was slightly confusing. But it appears you are saying you rent a home on an oral lease. If this assumption is incorrect, then my advice will be inapplicable to your situation.

If you have an oral lease, then you are a month to month or shorter tenancy. What notice your landlord is required to give you is based on how often you pay.

If you pay once a month, you are entitled to a week notice

If you pay once a week, you are entitled to 2 days notice.
