I'm looking for an attorney, licensed in NC, that will file a legal malpractice case against a local attorney in Elizabeth City. NC.

This is a cut and dry case of malpractice where the attorney failed to file my Personal Injury case (auto accident); letting the 3-year statute of limitations run out.
