Special Court Martial

If i am acquitted at a Special Court Martial, is it true my command could still admin sep me a give me an OTH?

Yes, the command could try, but the results of the court-martial can and should be admitted at the admin board to prove that you did not commit misconduct and should not be discharged. Demand a discharge board hearing and fight it and you should have a good chance of winning there too.
