Auto accident 7 2 03.Other driver cited...40 mph 90 degree collision as other driver failed to stop at end of ramp. Treated at hospital er.Severe contusion of right shin, swollen bruised ankles and feet,tendonitis left arm.Severe pain to shin.Left arm tendonitis.Inactive for months.Stopped going to doctors 6/04.March 05 rekindled pain.More arm doctor from 6/05 w/therapy thru oct 05.Have had 2 mri's,nerve scan,venous doppler,second opinion confirming tendonitis.Still faint discoloration on shin.Arm still hurts on occasion,feet and ankles still swell and recede.Have gained 20 to 30 pounds from inactivity.Reduced physical capacity,depression,loss of sleep,motivation.Medical bills are $7500.Self employed but effects reduced my desire to buy and sell on the internet and on the road as i could not unload my truck for some time after the accident.Insurance company has offered $10,000 to this point and i feel this is far from fair.I am on my 5th adjuster and have no explanation.Must do something before july.Have tried to do this on my own but it looks as if i am not handling this or myself well.I have no problem letting a court decide what is fair.Any advice or help would be sincerely appreciated.

It appears that you have gotten to the point where you need an attorney. Based on those facts, including the accident, medical expenses, injuries, and the insurance company's offer, you need to consult an attorney, especially with the statute of limitations (3 years) approaching.
