Our first question for you is: When was the last time your hearing was exposed to damage at work?

The answer to that question, and our next question will help us give you a better understanding of how workers' comp is handled in hearing loss cases.

Our next question: Is your employer headquartered in North Carolina? You mentioned you have worked internationally, however state legal restrictions that apply to hearing loss cases for employees are based on where the employer is physically located. We want to make sure that the NC workers' comp counsel we provide you is relevant to your case.

If your employer is based in NC, the NC hearing loss workers' comp rules would definitely apply. Feel free to contact us and we'll let you know how your injuries are compensable.
