Granmother fell in restaurant parking lot

My 86 year old grandmother fell in the parking lot of Chic-fil-a restaurant, she tripped over a parking bumper that was not marked but was the same color as the pavement. Should we sue for injuries or not?

In order to let you know whether or not you should sue, I will need more information. First, was your grandmother injured? If so, what were the extent of her injuries? In order to sue, you need to have injuries, and medical bills. If you do, contact me with further information. If not, well, I am surely sorry your grandmother had a fall, but I am glad she is ok. Falls can be devestating to an elderly person.
