Vacation Ruined because of mole!

I was on vacation and the resort I stayed at had mole in the room. My brother, Mom and I got sick as a result of this. My brother had to go to the doctor and the Manager payed for his medicine and visit to the doctor. We arrived at the resort on a Sunday, Tuesday night my Brother got sick. My mom and I had headaches and slept all day becuase we were up with my brother all night. On the following Friday we were put into another room which also had mole. I was so upset I took pictures of both rooms. To compensate us they took 179.00 off the bill. I explained to them that i lost 4 days of my vacation due to mole. They said they were going to contact me but have not. This all happened at Myrtle Beach the last week of June. Do I have a case against them?

you may have a case, but depends upon what proof you have a the mole's existence and how that animal would cause ya'll to get sick

I assume you're talking about mold and not moles. This is probably more a question of SC law, and not NC law. It would appear, however, that you probably have some case against them, assuming you could prove that your illness was due to the mold. You may want to contact an attorney with more facts.
