I was in a wreck in a 2009 dodge caliber in September of 2009. the car was totaled and no air bags deployed should I sue?

That depends on your answers to a few questions:
Were there any injuries? What types of injuries?
Where was the area of impact?
There may be a case if you (the driver) and/or passengers suffered injuries that could have been prevented or lessened if the air bags had deployed. The area of impact is important because if a vehicle is rear-ended, the front air bags will not be deployed; the area of impact is responsible for triggering separate deployment of front and side air bags.
