There is someone on a deed to a pece of property I have whom I have no way of contacting and have not heard from for more than 5 years. I want to take out a loan but I know i need to have his name removed. How can I do this?

You need to find some way of contacting him or his heirs if he is deceased. You would need him to deed you the property.
