Joint property/ mortgage
Under N.C. Law, can one party (husband) remove (Wife) from joint ownership of home without her conscent? Are both signatures required to take out additional money (loan) on said joint property?

Question 1 - No.

Question 2 - Both parties need to sign the deed of trust
