How can I make my boyfriend move out of my house?
I am actually asking this for a friend. Really. He owns his own home and has been living with his girlfriend for 9 months. He purchased the home 2 years ago. They are not getting along and he wants her to move out. She is refusing and says she will never leave. He has thought about throwing her things outside, but she will just break back in. She is relentless and will not leave. She pays the utilities, phone, and cable bills but the house is in his name, and he pays the mortgage. He has tried everything to get her to leave and she refuses. What legal action can he take to make her move out? Please help. She is crazy.

Take her to small claims court and evict her. Complain to the police about trespassing if she comes back.
