Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

Real estate law

Me ex wife resides in state A, I reside in state B, Property is in state C...where can I have a court intervene to help me recoup my funds since my ex wife decided to stop paying on a loan and almost sent ME into forclosure...causing me to bring the loan up to date and refinance on my own. She hasn't filed for bankruptcy or anything.

Re: Real estate law

Jurisdiction is where the property is-State C.You would have to seek redress in State C.
