Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

I need to relocate an easement that is in my barn. I have a shared well with my neighbor. I was never enformed that that the well water system was in a barn stall in my barn. It is surrounded by animal feces and I want to relocate it. The neighbor is fine with where it is at because he doesn't want to pay his half. I'm not OK with this because it's un-sanitary plus it prevents me from using my barn stall. How do I get this terminated?

Get help from an attorney...easements are not usually able to be terminated by one party.
