rescind a contract
Can I rescind my contract for a home that is owner financing if there is major plumbing problems, electrical problems and the seller misrepresented the property. I have not even be in the house but 2 weeks and this happen. I also have a whole in the ceiling of the bedroom due to plumbing and the seller came and tore out a wall that was damaged due to water & told me the wall needed to dry completely maybe in about 3 months
