if acreage is included in rental property can owner come on rented property at anytime?

Way back to the roots of our legal system, the English feudal system, the one thing that paying rent (called rents, in those days) is supposed to guaranty you is permission to inhabit the land without intrusion from the landlord.

Generally, no, landlord may not use the rented land at any time. In most states, there is an exception for a landlord to (after attempting to give reasonable notice) come onto the property to inspect it, to determine if repairs need to be made, and then to make them.

In this area of the law, state laws governs, and each state's laws vary, so if you really want to know, you really should ask a New Jersey lawyer! I could well have given you misinformation above.
