Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

timeshare deed title

I have a timeshare in Beechmountain. I have since been divorce, the timeshare deed is still in both my and my ex-husbands name. The timeshare in the divorce decree, 2000, is now to be in my name only. How do I go about this , what form, etc. I will be in the are Nov of this year. Do I use an attorney, clerk of court, internet? I have legal documents notarized and signed by the judge that this is part of the agreement.

Thank you in advance,

Re: timeshare deed title

You will have to have a deed signed by your ex-husband and then have the deed recorded in the county where the timeshare is located.
