Legal Question in Securities Law in North Carolina

I am creating a training manual to teach people how to trade stock options. I would like to charge an optional monthly fee to provide two things:

1. Daily recorded videos regarding today's market action

2. Multiple daily trade opportunity alerts that point out possible trades that a customer might want to consider taking in their own trading account.

I am not a licensed trade broker or financial adviser. I am concerned about what I can legally say and what I need to avoid saying when it comes to the above monthly service I want to offer. My concerns are:

1. Can I offer daily trade alerts?

2. If I can, can I specify exact Buy and Sell prices for each trade?

3. If I can not, can I suggest a price range in which buyer might consider getting into and out of a trade, making the alert more vague and less specific?

4. If I can legally provide this service, as long as I display the proper disclaimers on my web site where people originally join, can I announce this trade alert service?

You need a license to do any of the above. You risk severe penalties otherwise.
