Medicare, Social Security and inheritance

Will a substantial inheritance (ie - $10,000) effect my Social Security Disability Insurance and my Medicare coverage?

It would affect your eligibility to receive SSI benefits and Medicaid, but should not affect your eligibility to receive SS Dib/Medicare, assuming you are still incapable of perfoming substantial gainful activity. Check the SSA website for more info. You can link from ncdisability.com. Good luck!
