Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

in 06' i was ticket for minor traffic offense i hired a lawyer to represent me but he never went to court for me and i have a failure to appear and my license was revoke how can i get my license unrevoked.

Unfortunately you will probably need to hire another attorney. The case could be put back on the docket and taken care of. It will be great if you had proof that you hired the lawyer like a copy of the cancelled check.
