Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

4 violations in one night

recently purchased a car. got pulled over & was issued tickets for fictacious tags, no insureance, car not registered, & inspection sticker out. inspection sticker was still good till next year. ive taken care of getting insur. car registered, & tags. what should i do when i go to court, & what could happen such as fees, or outcome? Im trying to get all this dissmissed! Thanks!

Fictitious tags and no insurance are moving violations and more serious than the registration and inspection violation.

That said, if you get all issues resolved before going to court (sooner the better) pretty decent chance you can get them dismissed (depending on the county).
