Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

I was driving with my cruise control on 50 in a 55 MPH zone, I was pulled by a Cop who said that I was going 82 (unlikely considering it was a back road) and that I had swerved off the road. I had swerved but only because there where dogs in the road. He cited me for speeding (82 in a 55) and reckless driving. What are my options here? This isnt my first speeding ticket, Ive gotten cited before for 'speeding' when I was not speeding and I have had a lawyer take care of those for me, however this one is really serious and im just wondering whats the worse case scenario here? Im a full time student and the worst part of this is that I was absolutely not speeding.

The most likely worst case scenario if you were to be convicted as charged would be court cost a fine, suspension of your driver license and a hefty insurance increase. Depending on your past driving record and your interaction with the stopping officer, most any experienced traffic attorney can handle this so that you may not have a suspension or even an insurance increase.
