Can I use prayer for judgement for a speeding ticket?

You probably want to consult with a lawyer and provide him or her more information about your specific situation. A prayer for judgment ("PJC") can be used for a speeding ticket, unless the speed is really excessive, and depending on the presiding judge. You should, however, generally use the PJC only if you need to (to keep your insurance rates from going up), and sometimes a person can protect his insurance rate on a speeding ticket without using the PJC (thereby saving the PJC for a second or different offense). You are probably well-served to consult with a lawyer and provide him or her with more information.
