Speeding Ticket In Lee County

I received a speeding ticket in Lee County just yesterday. The cop said he would lower it to 69 in 55 mph zone to help my license and insurance. How? I had a speeding ticket back in 2000. Can I ask for a prayer of judgement. My daughter just recentlyl got a speeding ticket dismissed I think for faulty equipment. Is that a pfj.

I can't give you specific advice without knowing your entire situation. You will want to pull both you and your daughter's driving records from DMV and probably consult with a Lee County attorney. You should not plead guilty to a 69 in a 55. The DA will most likely reduce that ticket and if your record is fairly clean, you may not have any insurance increased.
