Sure. Assuming you are talking about a charge of No Operators License and if the Assistant District Attorney doesn't object and you know how to go about properly making a request for one. Your best bet is to hire an attorney to make sure this is the right option for you. You may not even have to appear in Court. Plus, representation for this kind of charge is fairly inexpensive - our firm handles these types of matters for $100 plus Court cost. Depending on your situation, a better option would be to simply get a valid license if you are eligible. Some Assistant District Attorneys will consider dismissing a charge like this if you present a valid license. If however, you are talking about Driving While License Revoked - you need a lawyer! Going to Court on this charge without a lawyer could net you an extra year of suspension, some pretty hefty fines and/or even some jail time.
