Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Carolina

My dad is recently deceased. I'm completing the NC Form AOC-E-202 in order to administer his estate. His estate is really small. A house on a lot, an old car, and a checking account. In completing the inventory on side 2 of this form, is there any place where I list his house that he lived in and the property it sat on? This is the only real estate that he owned.

Part II Number 4 - it is real property that vests automatically in heirs but can be brought into the estate to pay claims if necessary.
