Purchased a home Three yrs ago with my husband. We been separated two yrs and I moved away. Can he legally take my name off the house without me signing anything?

Legally, no. Illegally, who knows? If the home is in North Carolina, you need to get a divorce attorney to file for divorce and equitable distribution of the marital property.

Only two legal ways that I see - court order or you sign the deed conveying the entire property to him. The first thing to do is check to make sure you were on the title to begin with by looking at the deed when you purchased the property - usually can be done online at the Register of Deeds website where the county is in. Then you might want to do a grantor search with your name to make sure there is nothing from you conveying the property to him.
