Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Carolina
My question is, who has the ownership of the land, my uncle never probated my grandmother will and he was her executor and he never had a will made, then he passed away, and about a month later my mother passed away, so by that would the property go from him to her then to me, or would it be in Limbo?

Someone has to go back and finish the probate of your grandmother's Will. In your grandmother's Will, who is supposed to get the property?
