If you have been out of work since 07 due to your hip injury then why is it taking so long to get your TTD going? Have you been doing a job search?

The low state budget is only a factor for settlements for state employees. It should not be a factor in ongoing TTD payments.

Your lawyer can file a "medical motion" if the adjuster will not authorize a visit to the doctor.
