Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota

Appealing in ND.

Would an appeal be possible in an assault case if there was absoloutly NO DNA evidence found on either party involoved? Time was served in this case. thank you for any advice you can deliver.

you have not provided enough info to answer the question. was this conviction a result of a guilty plea or was there a trial? DNA really has nothing to do with an appeal, very few assault cases have any DNA evidence. if the conviction was the result of a trial you may have some issues that could be appealed. feel free to contact me for a free consultation.
