Legal Question in Family Law in North Dakota

Rights of a Father

My girlfriend and I broke up and we have a 13 month old daughter. We verbally agreed to share in her care in a every other day arrangement. Yesterday when I went to pick my daughter up from daycare she wasn't there and her mother will not answer my calls or text messages. We have had this arrangement for 2 months and have had no problems up to this point. What do i do so that I can see my daughter?

Re: Rights of a Father

File a paternity action. The court will order visitation schedule, and will order child support.
