Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Dakota

can a school turn down a student from education because she is not a legal immigrant? they are asking for I 94 or they will not enroll her in school she is in her senior year and is missing out what can we do?

Yes. Only US citizens, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) and lawful non-immigrants (having visas and valid I-94) have right to attend public school. Non-immigrants have to reimburse for education to a school district.
