Used Auto Extended Waranty

Can a dealer request changes in or cancelation of an extended waranty policy after it has been signed and paid for?

All parties to any agreement must agree to any changes. If you are the one who bought the warranty, no, not without your consent. The warranty company may go ahead and change the master agreement without telling you, so you might want to write them and the dealer stating that the original agreement you have remains in effect without any changes. Do this all by letter - no phone calls.
