Legal Question in International Law in North Dakota

Online gambling question

I am an affiliate with an online casino and they are threatening to call the FBI on me. They are located in Costa Rica with the manager being in Austrailia.

I get $150 for each new player I bring them. I got friends of mine to give me names of friends and family and got many from my forum and actually deposited $50.00 ( which is the min. to get the $150 ) into their accounts for them to gamble. They send me their userid and password so I can deposit this money. The casino is stating that I am frauding them because they are fake players or players that wont come back or havent to re-deposit anymore money. They say they are out $15K but really only 9800.00 because of the money I deposited. They paid me and now are saying that they are going to call the FBI etc. Do they have any jurisdiction over me and can the FBI actually come after me for doing this? I've been told by many friends that they dont have any jurisdiction over here and online casinos arent even regulated in our country a
