In ND is it legal for a person who is not on an apartment lease (and who would get kicked out if the land lord was to find out) to stay for 13 consecutive days and then leave for a day and then come back for another 13 days? is that legal?

It appears to me that you have answered your own question. . ..(and who would get kicked out if the landlord found out). I am not familiar w/ND Landlord/tenant law, but it would appear to me that you're skating on thin ice. . .does that person pay rent for staying there?
