Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I have a court order that states we split all charges for our son 50%/50% my ex husband is trying to get out of this. We live in Ohio. How do I go about getting child support? Do I just contact CSEA or do I need to go back to court?

Begin by going to CSEA. Depending on your situation, they may be able to handle your matter administratively. If not, they will direct you to go to Court. Also, later, if you disagree with the findings of CSEA, you can choose to go to court to have the matter heard.
